I'm selling my black AT&T 16 gig iPhone 4. Phone is in near mint condition, glass (front & back) is perfect. Phone is currently jailbroken, but will return it to stock before shipping (if desired). Asking $400 with a free ride.

Well, you may be in luck. The insulation on the charging cord split. Ordering a new one from Apple, but it won't be here until either Friday or Monday.

with it being jail broken, i can put it on any cell carrier right?

U can't use it on Verizon. ATT uses GSM.

Yeah, what Luke said. Being "jailbroken" lets you put third party software on it as well as changing the "settings" that Apple doesn't want you to change. You can "unlock" the phone, and that will let you use it on any network that uses a SIM card.
