The DP should work for all PSD's from 99 to 03 with the 7.3.

What tunes are loaded in the tooner?? DP offers a bunch of them.

Not sure about the 94 to 97. I am sure Jody at DP could re-program the tuner for the 94 to 97 with no problem.

i got a friend with a 95 that wants a chip and the dp tuner would be perfect
