LOOKING for a single. I went ot start putting my twins in and found out that my 97 does not have the frost plug in the side of the block for the Primary oil drain. I willl not be lifting the engine to remove the oil pan and install an oil drain tube FORGET THAT!!!!!!

so I need at least a 64/68/14 or a 66 or soemthing that will support my mods.

What I have it everything you'll need for twins s300 over 3b I mean I have everything!

pix here crappy cell phone pix in a dark garage but its al there. http://carphotos.cardomain.com/ride_...4001_large.jpg

I'll even pay shipping on my twins and you only on your single

What about using a T fitting and run both turbo return oil lines into the same one. If it is done just above the fitting in the block it shouldn't make too much more resistance. Not too sure why it wouldn't work. Just a thought to try and keep you in Compounds.

RAWilliams: Thats what I'm hearing from some other people just Y the drain and I'm good. I was going off of these http://www.dieselperformance.com/pro...1998_12V)1.pdf and it says nothing of Y'in the drains as an option

I have a silver bullet

bobcat67 08-29-2010 01:41 AM

I have a 64/74/14 with less than 150 miles on it, thing is it's only a 3rd gen turbo apparently, i think it has something to do with the oil feed line, probably modifiable, but not sure it'd be worth it

big willy 08-30-2010 10:16 AM

so what ya gonna do?

cummins freak 08-31-2010 08:26 PM

get my head back on first! MAybe tonight :) then see if the twins are worth it to me! that siver bullet 64.74.14 or the 64/68/14 are both really looking tempting realllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyy bad!

bobcat67 08-31-2010 10:22 PM

well let me know haha, I won't be heart broke either way, it's a great turbo though

Ropinrm 09-01-2010 10:29 PM

That sounds like a good deal

cummins freak 09-05-2010 03:37 PM

well guys I figured out that I need to fix the piping. I was told i would fit and it would fit if I didnt have a v-band hook up on the outlet of my 3b where as a normal 3b i found out does not have that only a strait exit. So this is on hold BC I will not sell someoen my problems untill they are not a problem! that is not fair to the next guy.

Does not mean Im not considering the trades yet. Im really thinking of some of those offers!!!!! alot of those turbos are what I wanted for a long time!!!!
