Work/play truck 85 F-250 6.9L 4x4
 

Tryin to sell my 85 Ford F-250 6.9L 4 speed 4x4. Its a regular cab, longbox, XLT Lariat. Its in pretty good shape. Rust above the rear wheel wells and various smalls spots of surface rust along with small scratches, dents and dings. Runs great, drives great, but has its quirks. Its 25 years old but would make one heck of a work or play truck. 4.10 rear gears, 4.09 front and still has no problem doing 60-65 on the highway. Speedometer just quit before I bought it, so the odometer also quit and it only rolled over once so she's got 156xxx miles. Needs the injector return lines replaced, and the sending units for the tanks replaced. The front still works as long as it is over 1/2 full. I'm the third owner. Previous owner was a farmer in Rexburg, Idaho, don't know who the first owners were. I have pics in my album but I'll post a couple here. Can also PM you some too if you want. Mods so far are factory 2.5" straight pipe, "soup bowl" delete, turned up the pump 1 flat, and bombed the shifter stick so its straight instead of curvy. Still have the piece I cut out so if you want you can weld it back in and have it original. I also put in some white led lights inside the cab because the dome light seems to be having issues. I'd like to get as close to what I paid for it as I can but feel free to make an offer. Truck is in Driggs, Idaho(Teton Valley), just across the boarder from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Just selling to get into a 92-96 Ford truck. Will trade. Asking $1500 OBO. That's what I paid and I'd really like to get as close to that as I can. Its not a big deal for me to sell this so if I don't, I'll just keep her for a bit. Basically bought this to have some wheels so I could get around on my own schedule. Thanks for looking. :ty:
