might sound like a dumb question, but that boat charger, would it work to charge a secondary battery on a gasser. i tried to rig something up for my inverter, but ended up fryin it. so i was lookin for a way to safely hook up a secondary batt. to the truck so i can run an inverter(of course a new one) without draining my primary batt, but i would like it to charge without having to mess around with it everytime.

Sure it would work. It works for 12V batteries and puts out 6 volts per bank. It needs a 110v power source though to operate so, that might be contradictory to what you're trying to do ??

oh yea.... i guess so......maybe then i should hook up two inverters, one to power my tools and the other to charge the batts.:tttt: thanks anyhow!!!:5:
