DTT 47RH Billet Trans

About to part out the '95 for brighter horizons, so testing the waters to see what interest there is in some of the "stuff"....

DTT built 47RH 4x4 transmission with the following build:

This transmission was built by Bill personally at his headquarters with EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, that DTT offers with exception to a billet intermediate and output shaft. The VB was tuned full out, and the tightest billet, triple disk converter they make was also installed. And yeah, it's got the Mag-Hytech also. I'll sell the cooler lines as well....Aeroquip braided 1/2" with the proper fittings also. The lines incorporate both the water and air coolers as stock.

The trans has 14, 455 miles since new in Sept. '06, of which 9,200 of those miles highway between Alaska and Kentucky via Arizona and Florida, pulling a 17ft enclosed trailer. I don't drive it much due to having two other CTD drivers.

The fluid and filter was changed at 1000 miles, then again at 10,000 with Valvoline synthetic ATF+4.

I have no set price, mainly because I have no idea what it's worth. I can tell you I got $6350 in it and another $250 in cooler lines and fittings. Until I get some idea of its worth, I'll accept PM's with offers. You won't get any closer to new than this one boys and girls and I guarantee it to work flawlessly.

It, and I, are in Bowling Green, KY zip 42101

Thanks,
Chris

Because a guy NEVER re-coupes his investment on a toy like these. Bluebook plus toys equals a $20,000 truck. It is after all a street truck, albeit barely, but a street truck nonetheless. It's not worth "racecar", but it's too valuable for a street vehicle. Tearing it apart let's me get at least a little closer, plus lets me use parts off it to polish up another one of my trucks, saving some recycling dough....now if you wanna talk entire truck, shoot me an offer. There's nothing wrong with it...just bored and stalemated with this one. I tore the head off awhile back to go up in stud size, and do some elective head work, but a guy could put the 12's back in on a thick marine and it would haul the mail. I liked 90 psi though....and we all know certain parts are required for that kind of play!! Decided to go a few thousand lbs lighter, and minus a front diff, which brings us back to why it's coming apart.
