1997 Fleetwood Discovery help

I have a 1997 Fleetwood Discovery with the 5.9 Cummins 12 valve. I purchased this motor home new in the Summer of 1996. It has only 34,000 miles and kept inside. I have used either Amsoil or Royal Purple for the life of the coach and Fleetguard filters plus the Transynd for the Allison. Oil analysis has always shown pristine readings and the fuel mileage is hard to believe it is so good.

Here is my issue. It simply does not have the power to pull my race car trailer. My total rig weight is 32,720 lbs and I realize it is far over the rating for the RV. I have reinforced the Class V hitch mounting area and use a MaxBrake with plenty of braking for the trailer.

I am fairly experienced in bombing the 24 valve Cummins and towing heavy with it. I am not experienced in bombing the 12 valve, but this is what I am looking for as far as improvements. I would like to pick up about 75 hp and 150 ft lbs torque or something in that range. It is currently rated at 230/650. It is a Allison 3060 which should be plenty of transmission for what I am doing.

I am interested in all ideas of injectors, turbo, and fueling plate, but I won't do anything to the engine before I can install a pre-turbo EGT gauge. I have heard that Issopro has some form of extended EGT leads, but I am not exactly sure which one it is. I also want an extended boost gauge that will reach from the back like my EGT. I need help with both of these.

I am guessing that I should also get a transmission oil temp and engine oil temp gauge along with a fuel pressure gauge. What are your thoughts? Thanks in advance for your help.

For 75hp and 150tq a fuel plate upgrade should do the trick, shouldnt need injectors or turbo for that small of an increase. EGT gauge and tranny temp are a must, boost would be nice also. If it is set up the same way the 12vs in pickups are, find a fuel plate to match the gains you want and put in an adjustable boost elbow to let the turbo make a little more boost to burn the extra fuel. Also when adding more fuel, make sure to increase the airflow, both on the intake and exhaust side.
