Exhaust for a 99 QCSB...

Looking for a cheaper exhaust system for a 99 QCSB Dodge 2500. Needs to be either a turbo back or include any required adapter to go from the OE 3" downpipe. Must have a muffler (need for inspection).

Let me know what the cost is with shipping to 16317 (Cooperstown, Pennsylvania)
