Believe that's going to be a dealer part or you can pick one up at a parts store.

Thats because you cant get it. Its sealed unit - you have to buy the whole hub.

Most of our Sponsors deal heavily with performance parts - not everyday OEM parts.

it would be nice if you could purchase just the bearing because thats a waist of money and steel for the entire hub

skyjacked84 07-21-2009 01:22 AM

what about going 2 a bearing maker an having them make'em?

94cummins12v 07-21-2009 01:24 AM

most likely cost more to do that them buy the correct part. once i get my new ones (if these ever go out) i want to tap a hole and insert a zert fitting so i can grease them when i greeses all my other fittings

skyjacked84 07-21-2009 01:31 AM

have you had 2 buy new hub assembleys? and is that what ur talkin about puttin a zert fittin on?

94cummins12v 07-21-2009 01:36 AM

not for this truck i havent yet but my budy (farm boy) has a few times. ya my brother did that on his truck. he drilled a hole in the top of the race and threaded it with a 90* zert. he drilled a 1/2 hole threw the spindal to be able to gease it when he wants. hes ran 60k miles so far with them that way and there still just as tight. i know they can be service. the first time i had mine off i acadentally spearated the two pieces with a 3 jaw puller. i smothered them with gease them put them back together

skyjacked84 07-21-2009 01:41 AM

i got mine all back together an coverd them in grease. think it will hold up?

94cummins12v 07-21-2009 01:43 AM

shold mine have for 2 years and mine spends alot of time in the mud and various climates with temp down in the -20 in the winter

skyjacked84 07-21-2009 01:50 AM

sweetness! i dont plan on muddin this one, an i hardly use 4wd.

94cummins12v 07-21-2009 01:53 AM

the only reason i had mine separated is because the first time i did it when i repaced the u-joints, i didnt know there was 4 bolts that hold the wheel bearing on. o tried pullin gthe hub off with them 4 bolts still attached and it separated the bearing. i smeared the bearings with high temp, high pressure grease befor puttin them back together
