i got a ppe transmission pan and i love it.it lowerd my temp about 15to20 deg.only problem is it has a tiny pin hole in it. must be a casting flaw.ppe is sending me a new one but i kind thought they would over night it and they did not and i thought they should reimbursed me for my trans fluid.just woundering if anyone else ever had a problem

 

really? we have had good luck with them on fixing the VERY few issues we have had with there parts, I cant say about the trans fluid if it was just ATF thats like $3 a QT so we would not replace it for you either its not worth the head ake to send you the product or the fees to refund a few dollars to your card, now if it was some good SYN ATF at $10, $12, $20+ a QT then we would have at least split the cost with ya or just replaced it 100%.

what did they say when you asked them?

Like I said we have been very happy with there products and service.

i ordered it from a middle man so i never spoke to ppe he did but if i sold something that was defective i would do anything to make it right.again im very happy with the pan i was just wounder what you guys thought and as far as the fluid goes i see everyone in this deisel world has endless bank accounts so 50 or 60 bucks is no big deal but for me after just spending $260 on the pan and another $60 on fluid i would of loved to have that fluid reimbursed
