Need opinions please!

Hello, so I'm thinking about buying a 2004.5 dodge cummins. Im going to take a look at it wednesday, it has a little over 100k miles.. Im pretty sure its a done deal, as long as the truck is in as good of condition i believe its in. I definitely have fallen in love with the dodge cummins so i will definitely be getting one. But anyways, i was wondering what i should be looking for when buying one? and when i do buy one i have a laundry list of parts lined up for it.. I would love for some opinions on my list, lemme know what you guys think

-Tuff country 4.5 inch lift with long arms and coil springs

-Tuff country Dual steering stabilizer (in-line style)

-MHT fuel octane wheel black (17x8.5 with a 5.75 backspace and a 25 offset)

-Toyo Open Country a/t LT325/70R17 122R (this is a 35 inch tire right? lol)

-Banks Power techno-cooler intercooler system

-Banks power ram intake

-Edge juice with attitude

-and a Kenwood KIV-BT901 headunit

my biggest question is about the tuner and what size tire i should have. i want a good 35 inch tire.. Thanks in advance!

Everything is great you listed but the Banks stuff is more of a want. Theres other things that could be addressd before you drop 1200 on that setup. A 35 will fit easily with that much lift. Edge is a good choice as well, just remeber the tranny needs to be tended to as well to turn big tires and use that power...

thanks for the input, what would you recommend before the banks intercooler system? a clutch or something else?
