new diesel for my 93 bronco

Ok my E4od died the other day in dallas and I was looking at doing a ZF5 swap and have found two truck's on craigslist that have been wrecked first and the one I am kinda wanting more is the 95 F-350 4x4 with a 7.3 5 speed and 115K I think it will be almost bolt in and I have found a 93 12V cummins its a 2wd but it only has 56K and a auto and the one that would be bad ass the company my dad works for had a guy roll a 2010 F350 4x4 auto with 27K it would be fun as hell and the one I would prefer if I thought I could pull it off but the 5.9 or the 7.3 I will use a ZF5 trans since there is not much room under it I will probably have to use my t-case and I think I may not have to deal with too much drive line issues and put in 1 ton axles and a lift not much just want to run about a 35 I want to get the axles off of a 93 so they maybe they bolt in at least that's what I am thinking since everything should be in the same spot maybe ? i was just thinking my 351 has 245k on it and this is my second trans and i have been babying it since i got it I do mostly highway driving and used to pull trailers with it un till the first trans went out I think the diesel will also get better mileage than the gas I am only getting 11 on the hwy so what do y'all think Cummins or Powerstroke,Sam

decided to put in the 7.3 powerstroke it was pretty easy almost bolt in I did swap the whole wiring harness but that was not too bad the hardest part was swapping the axles for the sas swap I used axles off a 99 superduty with 4.10 gears and used the spring hangers off the 95 and I decided to run a set of 37 12.50 R17's it looks good and is there any good upgrades to do while I still have the front clip off ??? Thanks,Sam

Nice!

Only things I can think of that I would do with the front clip off would be LPOP (Melling) and a new Waterpump. Much easier that way. If you do a new WP, I'd do a Coolant filter setup, too. What year engine did you use?

Nice...you have forged rods then. Might be worth looking into a 17* or modded HPOP too, E-Fuel would be beneficial as well. Any plans to tune it, injectors, turbo, etc?

Could be a monster Bronco, that's for sure! :rocking:
