Head Gasket or Heads?

Hey guys I am new to the site. So here is my problem. I bought my 2005 F250 with a 6.0 back in 2007 and did not know about all the problems with these engines. I am using it to pull my toy hauler camper around and just everyday driving. So anyway after I got it about a year later I blew the heads and took it to ford, they replaced the EGR, Oil Cooler and Heads under waranty. At that time I bought the ARP Head studs and had the Tech install them. Recently I was just driving like normal and the truck would start overheating pulling up the hills here in PA, I thought I was just pushing her to hard and didnt think much of it. So about a week later I walked out and found that the Motor was Hydrolocked, or so I thought. I had it towed to the dealer. Here is where the real problems are stating. First they said yes it was hydrolocked and when I tried to start it I broke the starter of the block. Ok so I bought a new starter so they could check the system. Then they said that the EGR and Oil cooler were bad. SO I dropped a grand in getting the Semi-Bullet proof package and had them install that. Then they said I was good to go. Well 3 days later I tried just driving normally up the mountain ( No Load ) and the damn thing got hot again. So I took it back to ford and after 2 days of it being their they said the Heads were bad. How could they not figure this out when they fixed it? But anyway if I had the studs in I thought that was supposed to fix the head problem? Could it still blow the gasket? And can they really tell if its the heads or gasket without pulling the whole thing apart? And on top of that they said if its the Heads that it would be around 5 Grand. Now I am just a simple man working in the Army and I have enough to worry about ( Deployments and Such ) then my truck breaking my wallet everychance it can.
