What are your plans when you do get one?? BTW, can't send or receive PM's from other members until you have 10 posts. :tu:

Hehe well the truck main purpose will be towing around a race car probably around a 20 foot trailer id say maybe shorter depends what the budget allows lol. But as for other things maybe hauling wood for the fire place other than that something that will make it through winter without me thinking im not going to make it up the exit ramp hehe

Easiest, and the funnest, is go for a test drive. :tu:

That'll give you a better decision on which one you think is better, as far as power, ride quality, and comfort.

my boss worked at a cummins dealership and said to watch out for the 04 cummins they had injector problems but that was the split year too. personally id go for cummins but the psd are pretty good to like wildbill said drive a few different ones and go from there

That's also hard to do becuase it will be hard to town something with it lol... im looking for something that wont loose too much power and fuel economy under load. The trailer with the car might get heavy due to spare parts such as tranmissions differentials stuff like that also it will be loaded with compressor possibly a welder.
