So Ive got the 47RE in my 96 Ext cab Lb cummins. Its got a billet triple disk tq converter, upgraded clutches and steels, valve body and a hypermag deep tranny pan. i got a 6speed and im all for it but there is a lot of work to do this and you would have to come up to illinois so we can do it in my sshop... i got a high hp clutch with that tranny.

check see if the autos in 1996 will fit on my 2001.5 and see if my tranny will fit on your truck

If he doesn't take you up on that offer i have a fresh performance built 47rh I had built for my truck but prefer to swap to standard

If your putting the 96 auto in your 01 you will need to switch the valve body harness and solenoids, etc. to 98 or later
