New Suspension Options Coming In '08
In my life before I was a dodge truck owner I had Jeep Cherokee's, loved lifting 'em, making them rock crawlers!. I used a Rubicon Express lift on my last XJ and man that was a sweet set up. The suspension set ups are near identical between the dodge and the Jeep, go figure both made by Chrysler. I contacted Rubicon and asked if they ever considered making Dodge suspension and they replied that they will towards the end of 2008. I may have to hold off on lifting my truck until I see what Rubicon comes out with. If it's anything like their Jeep stuff it should be great.

I can bet you that if they make a dodge suspension, it will be over 2k for the kit, and it will probably be similar to the carli starter kit, or the lorenz 5100 kit. I would rather go with either one of them, who concentrate ONLY on Dodge suspensions, and will more than likely cost less. There are just better options than Rubicon.

I imagine it would be a rather expensive system. I know Rubi Express makes some good Jeep kits, and that they have been doing Fords for a little bit now. But I think I would have to give it some time and see how well it really works. I searched their site and couldnt find any info about a Ram kit.

I run their 6" Extreme Duty on my Cherokee, and although it wasn't cheap, you do get what you pay for. I'm curious to see what they come up with for the Rams.

I ran the same kit on my 99 XJ, man I loved that thing, should have never gotten rid of it.

it would be nice if they offer a good heavy (.250 wall) 48 inch long arm kit for the rams, something that will hold the weight of the truck.....hopefully they will do a bolt on coilover kit too, that will sell big to the full size crawler guys......

What does a kit normally run for a Dodge? |
