|
not sure how far it is for ya but there is rausch creek off road park its just off rt81 in tower city...
|
yeah thats the only place I know of. not too full size friendly though.
|
Rausch has a couple areas that are fulll size friendly, but not many. It's mostly meant for smaller vehicles, ie. Jeeps.
There are no legal areas to wheel in South Central PA anymore. The one place I knew of, just got closed down. |
look up buck motorsports park

Depending on where you are you can make your way into soulth Jersey's Pine Barrons. Its pretty cool out there in Waretown State Forest and legal.
I used to take my Jeeps out to RC...The Pine Barrons are fullsize friendly and are really fun, I used to go out there at least twice a week. I know alot of people from PA that go out there. Its also accesable from many towns and areas. check out thejerseydevil.com Its a 4x4 site all about the pines and where to go |
Buck Motorsports Park is a small stadium style area, that hosts monster trucks, demo derbys, truck & tractor pulls, mud bogs and tuff trucks. No real off roading to speak off, unless ya wanna enter the mud bogs or tuff truck competitions. I've been hearing rumors of W.E. R.O.C.K. or NEUROC bringing rock crawling events there, but it's all been rumors so far. I spend many Saturday nights there. It's in Buck, PA, (Lancaster county.)
THE PLAYGROUND OF POWER |
There is a road that is near Snow Shoe called Kato rd. It is owned by PA DCNR. Located in the Sproul st forest. Not much in the way of off road except a creek crossing and beautiful scenery.
