DealBook: Audi Agrees to Buy Ducati
 

Audi, the luxury car unit of Volkswagen, said Wednesday that it had agreed to acquire Italian motorcycle maker Ducati, gaining a foothold in a growing market as well as expertise in building small, high-powered motors.
