New experience for me today!
Small amount of fuel must have gelled in the Libby this morning. WTF? I live in Corpus Christi,TX, for cryin'out loud! A few pumps of the filter-priming button, and we were on our way.
For about 2miles. Pump some more and go some more. A pint of white-bottle stuff from Power Service and no more problems |
This make me wondering a bit.
The Libby has the same fuel filter set up as mine.- That means a fuel heater. Check the fuel heater device for a blown fuse, please. You also can check the drawn current if the heater is working. And the heater is a powerful device! Protected with a 20A or 30A fuse. You shouldn't have any difficulties. |
im also wondering about bio in the fuel we are buying. :humm:
|
We have about up to 7% bio in the fuel by law in germany(preservation of diesel resources). Does not harm anything. How much do you have in it?
|
False alarm, guys. The next day, in daylight, it did it again. That time I observed fuel and bubbles where the filter meets its mount. 1/4-turn and all has been well
