So is this all hoax or do these things actually work?

Not saying that I don't believe it.....but I would like to see some verifiable independent testing done on their claims by a few reliable sources. I'm having a hard time with the less back pressure than a straight pipe. Got a lot of years dealing with turbine engines so I understand what they are saying, just not seeing all how all of those things could be quite as true as advertised.
