around my area of the country, that truck with no perf mods at all would sell for $3k easy. like I said, i paid $2100 for my donor truck, and the body/frame was trashed.
Another reason for trucks with 300k being almost worthless in my area is they put salt alot of salt on the roads so a truck even with 100k is NOT rust free so a truck with 300k looks like it got dragged under the ocean for a year. |

what's it worth
I sold my 1990 Dodge Cummins/ AT, 4x4 full load/ all factory stock. Interior near perfect and clean. No dents or rust with 140K for $2800.00 cash. I don't think I got enough for it but the wife was tired of paying insurance and tags on a truck I seldom drove.

There is a friend of mine that has a 93 with a Cummins and a 5 speed, 2wd, nearly 300k miles. Truck was a farm/towing/feed truck all its life. Has an OK looking flatbed on it, body rusted, body beat to heck, dents all in it. Nasty interior too, needs cleaned, and they're askin $2500 for it. I doubt it will go for that but I guarrantee theyll get over $2k for it. |
