Hard to replace a 24v Cummins?

I am looking at a 00 3500 with a 24v cummins in it, but it needs an engine (or a rebuid). Are they hard to replace? If i have to take the cab off im just going to forget about it.:pca1:

You wont have to take the cab off - thats a Ford thing.

Whats wrong with it? Has it had a compression or leakdown test?

u dont have to pull the cab. valve covers, and number 5 and6 rocker arms will need to be. or u have to pull motor mounts off. i pulled motor mounts off when i done mine and put them back on in the truck.
