Rebuilt Injectors any good?

I have a 1997 F250 2wd SWB with a Bully Dog 6 position chip, no cat no mufflers. Im looking to get performance injectors, but don't really want to spend 2 grand and up for them. I found some on dpppower.com that are rebuilt stage one injectors 140hp for 650$. I dont know if this is the way to go or not. Any advice?

dpp are a good company, just make sure where ever you buy them from are a good shop that actually know what they are doing

Most of the stock injectors that u get from the dealers these days are rebuilt injectors. They should work just fine.

I'm running some rebuilt Dynomite Diesel injectors and haven't had any issues with the injectors themselves. Been running them for about 35,000 miles. And I also have the same chip as you. But, learn from my mistakes. I melted down 2, yes 2 7.3's, within a 6 month period:madd: due to a faulty Bully Dog pyrometer. That was pre intercooler and water/methanol injection. I found it to be cheaper to invest in that than replace a 3rd engine. Oh, and I don't use my truck like a tractor anymore:ok1: Hope this helps
