Diesel Shorty's, RCSB, why..?
Buddy of mine bought a rcsb shorty where the builder shortened the 2500 frame and drive shaft and replaced the box.
But I was thinking, whoever did that just screwed up a perfectly good diesel truck! I just don't see it. Why do people want these shorty's, and what does it do to resale value? My bud and I argued because he claims it's actually worth more than a rclb.:lol: Maybe a 1/2 ton wife's grocery getter truck.. But a shorty diesel truck? |
Different strokes for different folks? A shorter truck is nicer for maneuvering trailers and daily-driving.
I figure a 12' box with stakesides is more in line with what a cummins can haul anyway. :c: |

Im guessing the only group of people who want a cummins shorty are folks who want to race it. But then it would need to be 2wd. Not the 4x4 my friend has. btw I sold my cummins van and am looking for a 4x4 |
