Pfft!!! :moon:
I call B.S. on your post, ohh, Great White North Resident!! But, for the record, If you are EVER in the area, Sombreros or not, TACOS and TEQUILA on me!!! :c: If you insist on Corona, It can be arranged for a small fee... :U: |
Nice writeup Bill.....you and I are two in the same cause I pack the same way with the addition of a Hi-Lift, come-a-long and a few other odds and ends. To me the Hi-lift is as important as the shovel cause if need be it can be used as an extraction device.

Thanks, man!:U:
Yeah, I haven't bought a Hi-Lift for the truck yet. I keep one on the trailer, and also one is mounted in my Jeep. |

Thanks for your contributions to this thread 2500HeavyDuty! :U: Somehow I missed thanking you before. |
Nice job!! Not something everyone thinks about everyday. I keep one of those cheap cigarette lighter air compressors in mine along with the wind up flashlights you get a Gander Mountain or other hunting supply stores.

Very nice write up...Well done. :U:
You should also find a Tire Plug kit......I've used these a few times when your off the beaten path. Nothing worse than listening to your tire going flat. :argh: You should also have a couple of the survival blankets. These are only a 3" x 5" x 1" when folded. They are about 50" x 80" when unfolded with a reflective silver coating on one side and brightly colored on the other. You can wrap it around yourself or use it as a shelter half. They don't look like much but they will keep you warm and they can be seen from the sky very easily. One last thing: A Magnesium fire starter. This burns so hot that you can light damp wood for a fire. |
