100K mile service items?

I just joined the site, but I've had my 01 F250 4x4 since December.

In that time I've:
replaced both batteries
replaced the alternator
replaced the hydroboost line
replaced the injector O-rings (on all 8 injectors)
and just had the HPOP o-rings replaced after they blew up while towing our RV back from Utah.

I expected the batteries and alt, and the o-rings seemed like "just one of those things", but after the HPOP (thank doG for aftermarket warranty) I'm starting to wonder what else I should be looking at on a truck with this mileage. What else tends to go out at about 100K miles?

Not much... Seems like normal stuff...

Tranny will bite once you start throwing some power at it. Injector O rings are a bit unusual, did you do this yourself or have it done?

I did the o-rings myself. Wasn't too hard, and it definitely needed it. The middle o-ring was shot on 3 or 4 injectors. From what I've read the original o-ring was superseded with a new "pink" one.

I also just read something about a CPS and wanting a specific unit. Does anyone have the straight dope on that? Specifcally, what is the part number I'd want?

I'm not going to be going nuts with the HP upgrades, so I'm not too worried about the tranny at this time.

If you can find the black one get it... Otherwise the Gray one Ford is swapping under warranty is fine, they updated it since the first ones and it seems to have taken care of some of the issues.
