2005 F350 6.0 Strating/Running Issues

Hey guys.. reposting this... feel I may have originally posted in wrong place...

Gentlmen, First off ,thanks for letting me join... Been a lurker here for a while but now I have some specific issues. A few weeks ago while idling I noticed a "hitch" in the motor idle , it did it twice and when I got in the truck I had no pedal... Idled fine but no pedal response. Changed out the ICP and harness but still had issues with it dying out. Replaced the IPR (screen was sucked in a bit) and that seemed to clear it up. After a few days when I start it, it has a rough idle but after I run it a bit it seems to run fine and will idle ok. ( a friend did scan it while missing and it showed #6 injector going in and out) . Anyway last week while on the highway doing 70 I noticed a little surge and buck then it went away... Someone suggested that I might have a little stiction going on so changed the oil and added some AR 9100 ... Since the oil change Ive made two 80 mile round trips and each time on the way back its bucked for just a second then it runs fine. Last night after heading home I stopped by the store and it was idling fine...shut it down for probably 10 min and when I came out it didnt want to start. Had to crank it for a bit ( 3 times) then it fired up. Drove home and it was fine. Tried to start it this morning and it cranked and fired right up with the rough idle then died. Cranked it four or five times and wouldnt fire. This was 5 am and didnt want to wake up the neighborhood so I took the car in. When we scanned it the FICM voltage was fine, Im at a loss .... Any thoughts? Thanks in advance...Ric
Sorry for rambling but wanted to give all the info I could think of..

Starting

A little update... truck fired up when i got home but had to keep my foot on the pedal for a while to keep it from dying out. When I held it at 1800rpms it would actually rev up to about 2400 on its own...after a few minutes it idled on it's own... drove it for about ten miles and it smoothed out and ran ok... idled with no misses. Brought it home and it started up 4 or times... hit it this morning and same as yesterday...had to keep it running again.
