Right now you may have an issue finding a dpf delete kit for your truck due to the epa cracking down on companies making them. You also have the def to which adds more issues.
As for the injectors, you may be able to find something for your truck.
You'll have to look around.

I'm running a Spartan tuner,SDP egr delete, afe CAI, and a 5" straight pipe exhaust on my 2011 F350 and love it. I have 102,000 on her and runs like a dream best money I spent doing the deletes on this truck. a lot of these new 6.7 around me with 100,000 or so on em and guys are loving the power! check with some of the vendors on her but rudys diesel has em on hand

Two years ago I bought an '08 F350 6.4, two stage turbos with 44k miles. While waiting for the extended warranty paperwork to be printed at the dealer, the service manager pulls me aside and tells me I could pick up lots of power and push the fuel mileage to 22mpg if I replaced the DPF with a delete kit. Then if it needed service simply reinstall everything and no one would be the wiser... WTH? I'll bet he wouldn't put that on paper.
I then talked to a Freightliner mechanic friend and he said the DPF was in there for more than just the emissions. It's in front of the turbos and helps keep the particulates out of them. I don't know if the 6.7 has the same configuration. Unfortunately my warranty conscious better half informed me I'm not to touch anything that would invalidate the warranty at least until it expired. :argh:
I've heard rumors that the EPA is not only cracking down on manufacturers but they are also investigating custom shops that are modifying or removing emissions components.
I'm pushing the 90K mile mark and I get around 14mpg empty and about 12mpg pulling my 12,000# 5th-wheel or a loaded 4-horse goose-neck. I have more than enough power for either but I also don't drag race the other weekend warriors over the mountain passes we have here in Utah. (but I could, I once caught myself going 80 up a 6% grade at 7000ft - with the RV, no black smoke, could have put the cruise on:rocking:) Your 6.7 should be able to do at least that.
Something to think about...
