okay so i just bought a 99 f-250 super duty 7.3 powerstroke. so far i straight piped it and put stacks on it. thought it would be fun to roal some coal when im out messing around:tu: and found a way to make a smoke switch but its not as good as i hoped so now im looking at buying a TS performance 6 position chip. how are they? planned on getting the stock,valet?, 50hp, 7hhp, and 100hp settings. will that help me out? this is another more aggressive setting but i just have the stock tranny. next is what guages should i get so i dont melt everything?

what is the build date on your truck? if it is a e99 with the XLE computer you will have to have custom tunes to make it smoke. a late 99 has the NVK computer and tuning is much better!

late 99 can use NVK or PMT programming. you should get boost, pyro, and trans temp gauges

ok sounds good!:c: also i just put in a new tranny cooler and now it doesnt seem quite right and it starts hard. any sugestions?
