late 99 rotors on early 99.. what happens

i have a early 99. everytime i hit the breaks the truck shakes so i got new front rotors and its still doing it. hubs are good, new ball joints, steering box, tie rod, drag link, steering damper. ... i went and asked the guys at A&A for a set of rotors for the front i think they gave me late ones. .. whats the big difference between early and late when it comes to rotors... and idk if this is the reason all of a sudden i have developed a "bounce" while drive on the highways... i notice it around town slightly but it is really bad on the highway

I put 99+ everything on mine to cut costs (pads, rotors, hubs). Late rotors will rub and growl while driving, I did it too before swapping hubs. Did you check the rears? I would warp rear rotors every 3 months, fronts in about 6. I put on drilled/slotted rotors to help with heat, and new pads, and no issues.
