IPR Failure?

I fixed the issue in my post "Up and Died" about a week ago. Driving around town like normal when I decide to romp on it and at 2400RPM it died, no lights, buzzers, nothing. It fired right up and I drove it home the long way. I popped the hood to take a look around and the nut and sleeve from my IPR are laying in the valley with a decent amount of oil. :dang: I put it all back together, had the wife give the throttle a push, and it came apart again at about 2200RPM. :humm:

Has anyone ever had this issue. :humm:

Ordering an IPR in the mornin, and checking the regulator to see if I should get one of those while I'm at it.

There is really no way for that to happen, at least not as you describe it. The body of the IPR and the oil part are completely seperate.
