a little help with gauges

so i just orderd a 6 pos chip from php. i would like to get gauges put in before i receive the chip. i have a 2000 7.3 2wd 6 speed manual. i would like to start off with a 4 gauge a piller setup. first off is a manual trans temp gauge necessary? the gauges im thinking of is the auto meter phantoms, the boost, pyro (egt), hpop and a fuel pressure gauge. am i going in the right direction, witch fuel pressure gauge would be more important to monitor? are the auto meters a fair gauge? all input is appreciated, and thanks again.

forgot to mention this is pretty much a daily driver, with weekend trips pulling 8.5x16 foot enclosed trailor with quads to oregon coast. about 350 mi.

I have ran Autometers in all of my drag Mustangs for many years.. You will be fine with them.

well you don't need a trans temp. i have one just to see how hot it gets. but EGT is a must. boost and fuel pressure and hpop aren't a bad idea either.

I would take a hard look at the Isspro EV-2's... Better lighting, better senders, factory match and built in warning lights...

For a Manual truck I would get EGT, Boost, Fuel Pressure and Oil Pressure...

I would swap the oil pressure for a tranny temp if you tow heavy often. You would be suprised how HOT the manual trannys get!

when i hauled my 94 from denver to hays my tranny was running at 280 ish. just a little warm. LOL

it looks like thier are 2 diffrent gauges for fuel pressure, witch would you recomend?

nevermind it looks like dodge is the one with a fuel pressure guage and a fuel rail pressure guage

You want a 0-100psi fuel pressure gauge...

Isspro offers a Rail Pressure gauge for CR trucks.
