Sudden stall and now no Power -- Replaced CPS CEL on

Edit BTW it is the service engine soon light not CEL

MY wife was driving the truck in a 35 mph zone from our house and all of sudden she said the truck stalled. She restarted it and was able to pull into a parking lot and the Service light is on. The truck just ran fine this morning as well. So I replaced the CPS in the parking lot. It was 11PM and it was cold about 18F and the CPS did drop once into the ground. I do not know if that damaged it. That did not help at all. SES Light is till on.

Anyway I was able to drive home but the truck seems it is only running on a few cylinders and I had to drive 3rd gear to go home. For mild inclines from a stop I had to put it in the L gear to get it moving.

No oil or coolant in the engine bay and no smoke. It is dark so I'll look tomorrow

I am going to Colorado for my son's gymnastic meet so I am renting a car instead. So ICP, IPR or the UVC Harness. I do not have a Scanner.

Thanks

BTW, I unplugged the ICP and the plug was oily. Did not make a difference in the idling and low power. I need to sleep and come back to this on Monday LOL.. Anyone in the Albuquerque area that has a scanner, before I bring it to a shop?

Is there a test with a DVM to figure out if the UVCH are loose? Damm this car just started like cherry this moorning after all the GPR replacement and oil changes.

Thanks

Check for code...

:jump: Found the issue. The connector outside the passenger valve cover was loose. I could have pulled it when I was adjusting the wiring for the GPR to accomodate the GPR-109 tilted 90 degrees . I probably need to tear under the valve covers one of these days and check the UVCH.

One question since the mechanic in Colorado changed the plugs in August when my wife got stranded from a broken starter, is there a locking tab for the harness/connector that could have broken? It pulled really easy and does not click back.

Hi, Where's that passenger valve cover located? I'm having similar issues with my truck, and I'm still ruling out different things...
Thanks

Valve cover is the long metal piece covering your injectors and everything. It has the oil fill tube going into it and the motor stickers on it...
