Fuel problems again!!!

Ok so went to put the fuel line back onto the fuel bowl and the threads on the FPR housing snapped off. I can order another housing from guzzles but what do I do about the threads stuck in the fuel line attachment?

how the hell dud that happen? guzzles might, ford will :tu:

The metal that the FPR is made out of is soft and when I replaced the sleeve on the fuel line I over tightened it and the threads snapped had to buy a new FPR 45 bucks and the new fuel lines 131 bucks from ford, not to mention I had to nearly rip the whole top of the motor off :argh:

Son of a bitch. In a 7.3? Thats the bad thing about these trucks they dont mess up often but when they do it really falls apart.
