when i did mine i pulled the radiator just incase the wrench slips you don't put the wrench thru it. ok. drain the radiator. there are 4 or 5 7 mil bolts under the spare tire crank stuff. then it just lifts straight up. if you have the special fan clutch tool it is a great help. since i didn't have one i pulled the water pump with the fan. oil filter wrench on the back side of the pump and a big cresent on the clutch nut. it is right hand threads. i used a die gringer with a scotch bright pad to clean up the mating surface on the block. put a thin layer of black RTV silicone on the new pump. i'm not sure of the torque specs but don't go to tight. it can and will leak. get the radiator back in and refill your coolant and keep going down the road :tu:
