I would start right at the front hubs, sometimes the vacuum hoses for the hubs begin to deteriorate and leak. I would just change them out for insurance. The next spot is right on the vacuum pump itself, the short hose on there can also break down, again throw a new hose on there. Take the hose connector off at the pump and block off the pump with your finger, it should pump for a second, then turn off once it reaches vacuum, if it doesn't it has an issue. Just a matter of continuing to look at the lines till you find it. Mine had a leak somewhere in the lines to the hub under the hood. I removed the line to them at the reservoir and blocked it, I already had manual hubs, now the heat/vent system works prefect where it used to be sluggish if it worked at all.
