code P1746 EPC Solenoid open circuit

New to all of this and started playing around with some new thigs for my truck and just had the OD light come on and scan code: P1746 = EPC solenoid open circuit.
Do I need to replace this for the OD light to stop flashing and any in fo on who and where to get one from would be great:humm:
