IDM Mod

I was looking at Beans Modded IDM and was wondering if anyone was running them and if it made a noticeable difference?

There are two different kinds of IDM mods, there is the voltage mod which is what Beans sells and both the voltage mod and the High Frequency mod as well...

Swamps sells the second, it is more of a tuned IDM then just a juiced one.

I don't have any IDM mods, matter of fact I still have the factory IDM that has never been touched! LOL

i have the higher voltage one, went to it when mine was causing a miss in the #4 cylinder... but did not notice a difference with it

Thanks I think I might keep the one I have if it dosent make a noticeable differance.

if your stocker gives out go ahead and do the upgraded one but i wouldn't do it for an actual performance gainer by any means, :c:

i felt more throttle responce in mine, but thats because i have an OBS and they came with a lower voltage IDM then the SD.

Exactly. If your going from the 110v IDM to a 140v then you will see some improvements. But going from a 120v to a 140... Doubt you would even notice it.
