First look at this link...

https://www.dieselbombers.com/ford-p...ble-codes.html

and check out the stickys above your thread. Lots of good info there!:tu:

As to your codes...

P0197 is EOT low... Engine Oil Temp...

Do you let your truck warm up properly before rodding on it? Otherwise clear and see if it comes back. If it comes back I would replace the EOT sender on the back of the HPO res.

P0472 EBP sensor low input... I would bet your EBP sender or the tube is broken, clogged or disconnected. Look there. Comes off the front of the passenger manifold and up from there.

P0475 is not one I show... I would check it, but if it comes back I would bet it has something to do with your exhaust brake.

P1670 EF feed back not detected... not sure on that one, could be a ghost code or could be something to do with the work you have done.

yeah i let it warm up i was thinking it was the oil sensor the exhaust brake i think through the p1670 and i heard the obd2 scanners are sensitive im gonna check my tube and replace the oil sensor to be sure my ebp sensor is almost new replaced it not to long ago i know when i use the brake to help warm up it takes it a minute to kick off when i shut it off gonna work on it in the morning thanks for the help guys

sensor helped my problem i guess that sensor helps a lot with the truck idle and the injectors firing

ok problem came back after new sensor had it scanned again and they said the exaust pressure valve was sticking said it could have build up in it could that be my brake with the truck shut off the scanner said it was holding 14 psi they said it could be the computer idling my truck up and down trying to unstick it first time diesel owner any suggestions what it is and how to fix it the code was p0475 and the symptoms is truck idling up and down in neutral and bucking in gear when the engine light comes on it smooths out when the light goes out it starts again
