6.0 or 7.3

whitch is better better a 6.0 or a 7.3

99stackedpowerstroke 12-20-2010 10:19 AM

for what? the 7.3 doesnt have as much power but it does last longer with a lot less work, the six.0 is known for a lot of problems, but it does have more power, ( so im told and read) somebody else join in LOL

Powersmokin#3 12-20-2010 02:55 PM

cause i was thinkin about sellin my 7.3 and go buy a 6.0 but i have been told 6.0 are alot of problems. but they soud so sweet

Duckslayer74 12-20-2010 03:48 PM

I wouldn't trade your truck for a 6.0. our 7.3s will last longer than the 6.0s will.

Lange503 12-20-2010 05:01 PM

the 6.0 isn't bad if you plan on doing an EGR delete, headstuds, and better coolant filtration, those are the three main things, i'd still never own a 6.0 again though i love my 7.3 :c:

99stackedpowerstroke 12-20-2010 05:42 PM

ya i agree with what both said, don't trade your 7.3 for it, more money and problems then you want haha,

It's like the gassers always bicker "350 is better than a 454, a 460 is better than a 351" blah, blah, blah. If no possible way exists that I can get a 7.3, I'll get a 6.0. But 7.3's have been around a long time with proven reliability and that's what I want.
