Stack Help

Yes its me again :argh:

Ok so my friend is picking up his new (to him) 1999.5 7.3 Powerstroke. The truck already has 4in Silverline exhaust, with the muffler still on. He's wanting to take the muffler out and replace it with a 7in single stack.

Now I've never done a single stack so I'm not very knowledgable on what parts I need. I found a universal MBRP 4in stack bend on Alligator performance so I figured we would need that. Another thing is I can't find a 7in angle cut (mitre) stack with a 4in inlet.

Can someone help me here? lol

The cut for the stack kit will happen before the muffler, so the muffler will be removed when he does this. I would advise him to keep the over axle pipe... 90% of the time people who put stacks on go back to a standard exhaust after a year at most...

Yea, I think he's going to keep it. I'm hoping everything turns out well. This is exactly what he wants

Also, when you cut the hole in the bed, Keep that piece...When he gets tired of the stack, he can weld the cut piece back in and throw a bedliner over...
