Were i can i buy injector nozzels and parts to make my injectors either a stage 3 or a hybrid injector?

Your best bet, is to buy a set of injectors from one of our fine vendors. I know they are expensive, but you get what your pay for with injectors...

Dont DIY with PSD injectors.

as far as the type of injector, what is your HP goal?

The reason I wanted to buy the stuff and build it is because in my diesel mecahnics class we are gonna rebuild injectors and i thought i would a good experience and save me some money over the complete injector.

After the injectors, custom tunes, clutch, water/meth, a bigger turbo i would like to be around 500 or 550 and still be able to tow

Call Rosewood Diesel. They will hook u up. Sounds like a good idea for your class. go for it

I did the DIY kit from Rosewood and honestly I'm on the fence well see after my HPOP goes back on if I think they are not right ...the barrels and plungers are the main concern ...then nozzles last I guess I am keyed in on the whole injector thing I have a guy who is willing to sell me cores for 200.00 with 140,000 now if they are in good shape and I throw in a rebuild kit at 250.00 I can resell em for 850.00 easy vs 2000.00 for new alliants BUT I do not have a flow bench which scares me ....me screwing up my truck is one thing selling a set and having one go bad is another lol having a flow bench is key my injectors had only 70K so nozzles and pistons and barrels were not worn BUT once you get high miles ect your bound to run into issue and parts are expensive!

I know there was a guy that posted here a time or two that went with the DIY injectors and had issues... Steve I think is his name...

I'm just sayin, building your own injectors can save you some money. Or not.

500-550... I would ask for parts to build 250/200

ie 250cc and 200% nozzles...

I will have them flowed. i thought a 250/200 was a hybrid?

"Stage 3" and a "Hybrid" are the same thing... There are different sizes of hybrids, but the basic parts are the same.

Standard hybrids are 235/30 or 235/80...
