dual 4 inch?????
I'm looking at putting 4 inch from turbo back with dual 4 inch....... good idea? whats the advantage of having 4 inch turbo back? where would the best place to go? i don't want a muffler or cat ither.
I see you have stacks now, do you not have a complete system to the turbo now?
There is no reason to go duals other then looks. I have a dual MBRP system which fit fine and looks good, but I could care less at this point. A 4" single system will flow the same as a dual system... |
no i have stock from turbo to stack. it doesn't sound any different between duals and a single?
Not really... Its about the same.
ok so over all it'd be better to go with single since its cheaper and there's no difference in sound and performance??????
yup, duals are nice, and look good, but its another tip to clean and more soot on the truck and just a pain...
ok what would be best, 4 inch or 5 inch?
4" is fine, there is no performance gain with a 5" system. I have been told the 5" kits sound a little deeper?
yes i have 5" and the sound is just noticeably different than 4"(and has more of what ive heard referred to as a jet engine sound, but really sounds nothing like a jet)... and like mentioned earlier duals arnt any better performance wise and cost quite a bit more. i went with 5" for the look of a large exhaust... but the looks is up to u, but with a 5" you have the same downpipe as a 4".... so thats y there is no performance gains
ok so i think ill stay away from the 5 inch, im pricing the 4 inch single and duals now,
