7.3 upgrades

my buddy has got a 2000 f3500 and wants to put a chip which one would be the best for a stock auto , just thought i would ask the ford guys thanks :pca1:

A Diesel Innovations custom burned or a Swamps Tuned Chip is the best for stock in my opinion. I run a DI Chip with 90, 120, and 140 settings and it shifts just like it would stock.... Edge Juice w/Attitude is good also :U:

how do you change your hp settings on the di chip ? and he doesnt have any gauges yet thats why i was thinking the edge w/attitude it has the read outs on the in cab right:U:

The DI Chip is clickable on the fly with 6 clickable stages...or 4 depends on how many tunes you want.....the edge w/attitude is good but sometimes it makes the egt's way to high (over 1,000) if its on level five and you have a hot foot..could be bad :argh: But if you need anything else just ak:U:

Multi pos chip, gauges, valve body for the tranny. Should put you around 300-320.

Stay away from Edge, you will be buying a tranny shortly after...

he bought the edge and it has a crazy idle on 5 , why the rough idle when on extrme
:argh:
