Diesel Bombers - 1999 f350 NIGHTMARE TRUCK

Okay need some help with this devil truck. Purchased a early 1999 f350 7.3 that had an injector tick. I had another 99 f250 7.3 motor from a donor truck. Replaced the engine and it would crank just wouldnt fire. Replaced the icp, throttle, cam sensors and some relays. It would start but it would act like someone turned the key off without touching it. Once it got warm it would run and sometimes hiccup then wouldnt fire the next few days. We replaced the ipr, pcm and icm, alternate, batteries and terminals. Still the same issue. It would crank and crank and crank until warm then run but act like in limp mode shut it off and turn it back on run fine for a while with cutting out here and there. Fuel bowl is clear and is filling and draining with a new filter as well. Also there is what looks like a group of 9 relays behind the gauge cluster if anyone could tell me what that is as well would be amazing. Replaced engine side wire harness and still doing the same thing. Replaced body harness still doing thw same thing.
