PLEASE HELP! 2000 7.3 manual power issue

Please take the time to read this. In dire need of help.

I have a 2000 f350 7.3 manual zf-6. Upgrades are as follows.(engine wise)

4inch down pipe to 5inch straight pipe, afe stage 2 intake system, south bend dual disc clutch, dp tuner f5 chip including: stock, 60 economy, 80 economy, 120 race, 140 aggressive, 80 tow and 20 tow. Also have full force diesel 160/30 injectors, air dog 2 4g fuel system, and a wicked wheel 2.

I've been having power problems, which is why I got the fuel system and injectors. I have all new glow plugs, new wire harnesses under valve covers, and a new high pressure oil pump. I've replaced the ipr, and icp. But these were used parts so don't count those out. Here is what's happening:

I'll be driving around 2000 rpms, if I engage the clutch, the truck bogs down kind of like a "gah gah gah gah gah" then goes back to idle. I cannot build more than 15 lbs of boost most of the time, unless I'm at a stop sign or red light idling for a few seconds then I take it off. I'll hit around 20-25. But it should be more than that. Any ideas? Compression is fine fuel pressure is good as well. Please help this has been going on for months. Really need it to finally get fixed this has been killing me big time. Thank you in advance.

thank you very much for the reply. I'm really thinking it's my custom tunes. Jody at dp tuner begs to differ but my two higher out put tubes idle at 700 and the rest idle at 650. He said they should all idle at 650. So that tells me something is different on those tunes. If the fuel bowl is clear any other suggestions? I was hoping for people to respond but at least I got one lol

ive heard of all of those but only ever had dp tuner. Can I ask why you don't recommend dp tuner? From my experience the custom tuning isn't working out for me. Before that dp was pretty good.

Just Google DP 80E and see what comes up. They are the single worst tuner out there and are responsible for more blown engines than all other tuners combined. I wouldn't run DP tunes on a lawn mower.
