Random dead batteries
 

HELP!!!!
I have an early 99 f350 7.3 that for the last 6 months to a year I've been trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with it. Before that it was my daily driver.

I have a Edge Evo programmer installed in the truck and a over boost regulator other than that it's stock. The batteries will be dead in about a week or sometimes up to a month. This is my 3rd set of new batteris since '05, 2nd alternatoright in the last year. I've had the truck tested at a local Auto shop for a draw on the electrical system and it checked out good. I've noticed that my programmer would be on in the middle of the night so I've just unplugged it from the OBD2 port. If my memory remembers correctly I've had multiple p0603 codes and one code for an IDM fault that made my truck shutoff/missfire. My question is can a bad ECM cause my issuse?
