ICP maybe? no start low ICP

Hey everyone. Having trouble with my 99 7.3 stroke. I have an AE to trouble shoot my truck been reading alot of posts on ICP sensor. Did what you guys have done by checking pressure at start up and while running. While it's running the pressure really fluctuates at idle from 450 to 700 psi what would cause this? Bad ICP I just replaced it ran great for 10 days now it's a no start and the psi is at 300 while cranking And there is 322000 miles on her. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Have you looked at the IPR at all?

Yes I changed the IPR. I changed the ICP first ran great for 10 days then It started doing the same thing so then I change the IPR. It needed to be changed but made no change on start up. I bought the ICP FROM a parts store and not a dealer so maybe got a faulty part? Cause it did run great for the 10 days. Started better then it had in a long time

Could be? When it comes to sensors like the ICP or IPR i prefer to only go with factory brands

Pop the valve covers. I actually just worked on one today with the same problem. Ended up being a bad injector. Have the injectors ever been messed with? The one i seen today was puking oil out of the top of it while cranking

And that would cause oil pressure not to build and start? My AE says I have some thing going on with no 3 injector. I do have an oil leak on the passenger side. I'll check it out thanks.
