hey guys im new to this forum. dose anyone have suggestions for a really good tuner for an 02 7.3 f350. i just bought the truck in january and love it but i do alot of highway driving from mass to maine for school and was looking for a tuner that would let me get better fuel economy but at the same time still have some towing tunes because i do work the truck towing flatbeds and such.i have been looking at the EDGE JUICE tuners and have heard some good things about them but was looking for some input on the best options. if anyone has any good suggestions or input it would be awesome!

 

No tuner for a 7.3 is good, you need a TS chip with custom tuning

 

Joebob is right thats what my truck is getting after i get exhaust, intake and gauges haha.

 

i have had a tuner and a dp chip the f6 to be exact... go with the dp every single time!!! tuners are crap basically I fried my stock trans using the tuner and now that I have a john woods tranny and a dp tuner my truck has never run better I could not ask for one little thing different I am completely and 100% satisfied plus when you buy your mods from jody he will adjust your tunes to reflect your new mods for free!! these guys are the premier 7.3 guys and I wouldn't even bother looking at any bully dog or edge stuff because they are generic one size fits all type of approach and the dp tunes are literally tuned to your truck and if you need updates or changes it is just a matter of plugging the usb in a loading!!

 

Just think, if you used a decent tuner you would be even happier
