blew a hose from hydro booster.

Blew a hose from power steering to my hydro booster. Stuff went every were. Well this was a problem. So tonight, after 5 hours; I fixed it! First time working on my truck lol. Only had it 5 days and somthing already happened -.- anyways, I replaced the hose.

The oh reillys or however you spell it, the hose they gave me didn't work, only the connector that went to the ps pump fit, the end that goes to the hydro booster was too small, but thanks to some brilliant thinking by my dad we connected the non broken old peice to the new hose and it worked!. So ya don't buy the hose from that store btw.

After taking off Basicly the whole right side of my motor bay, the battery, tray, turbo intake tube thing ( DONT KNOW THE NAME) I managed to get the hose on. And this was after 3 hours lol.

Anyway, bleeding the lines was a pain. But got it done. Now here's the new problem.

As I turn the wheel, a groan noise comes from the engine bay? Why? It turns much better now so what's with the noise?

( also on the way home my intake tube to turbo thing with foil on it, came off the turbo. Scared the poo out of me thought I blew my turbo )

But has anyone had the problem of bleeding the old fluid and add I adding new and get get a groan noise??? Btw. Loved working on it. If it didn't cost so much for parts I'd break stuff all the time lol

i think that is the same line i blew on my truck, i was able to just push the intercooler tube up coming from the inner fender and get at the fitting that way. double check your powrsteering fluid they are very sensitive mine was only like 1/6 of a court low and it was making noises

I read somewhere about keeping it over filled all the way to the lid so that's what I did
